Launch Minecraft
Edit the world/map that you wish to play by using the edit button to the right of the name.
Select the Multiplayer button on the right side menu.
Make sure that “Multiplayer Game” is on - the slider button should be in the left position.
Click on the “Visible to LAN Players” button - the slider button should be in the left position.
Microsoft Account Settings: select “Invite Only”, “Friends Only” or “Friends of Friends” to control access to your world/map. “Friends” are other players you’ve added to your Microsoft (Xbox Live) account.
Click “Play”
Your world should now be visible to invited players or friends on their “Friends” tab.
