An issue in the initial release for mobile and lower tier platforms that can cause the first cutscene not to play and further progress in the game impossible.
An update that fixes this issue amongst optimizations is schedule to release on Tuesday April 26th, 2022. Please check for the update to Arkfall: Mech Battles and download it when it is available to you in your region and timezone.
